The detail

Check-in from 3 pm, fully self-service.
Address: Parque Golf, 1 Avenida Touroperador Fritidsresor, 35100 Playa del Inglés — bungalow no. 24.
By car: residence parking to the left of the main gate. Avoid parking under the trees — the birds will make you pay for it.
Without a car: taxi, or the Canary Shuttle (canaryshuttle.com).
The key waits in the key box left of the entrance — its code, like the pedestrian-gate code, is sent before you arrive.

The detail

Fibre wifi throughout the house — credentials are in your arrival message.
Smart TV: sign in to your accounts (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube…) and remember to sign out before leaving.

Day 1

Taxi: Duna Golf hotel across Bikes at Lino's

The detail

Taxi: ask at the reception of the Duna Golf hotel, right across from the residence.
Bikes: Lino's Bike Rental — beach and town centre are 10–15 minutes away.

Day to day

Cushions upright at night Washer: 2 knobs A drink for the plants

The detail

In the evening and when you go out, stand the outdoor cushions upright (the neighbourhood cats love to sharpen their claws on them) and store the sun loungers on the terrace.
The windows have mosquito screens — do put them back in place.
Washing machine: first knob for temperature, second to follow progress (wash, spin, stop).
Please put nothing down the toilet (wipes, towels, sanitary products).
If the potted plants look thirsty, they will appreciate a drink — except the succulents (aloe, cacti), which never ask for one.

Every day

Pools until 9 pm Baker 8–9 am Keep it quiet, don't feed the cats

The detail

Parque Golf is a quiet residence — please keep it that way.
Pools open until 9 pm; the small pool is heated.
Sun loungers and parasols: no reserving more than an hour ahead.
Do not feed the cats, however insistent they are.
Bin room to the left past the gate; recycling (paper, plastic) at the crossroads at the end of the street.
The baker passes the house every morning between 8 and 9 — cash only.
The water man comes Thursdays around 2 pm (bottles and packs).
Automatic garden watering runs Monday and Thursday between 11 pm and midnight: leave nothing out in the garden.

Churros at El Churrito Yumbo · El Tablero Faro · Meloneras

The detail

Groceries: the Kumara hotel mini-market for basics, My Mart Supermarket 15 minutes on foot, HyperDino at the El Tablero shopping centre, organic grocer BIOSOL — and the Glovo app delivers to the gate.
Churrería El Churrito: the best churros around, to be dipped in hot chocolate.
The Yumbo for restaurants — including the Mexican El Chacho — and souvenirs.
The Faro: shopping centre, promenade and the K1 lounge restaurant.
Maspalomas beach, east of the lighthouse, and the Meloneras quarter with the Tribu restaurant facing the ocean.

The detail

Check-out before noon: house tidy, bins emptied, lights, A/C and appliances off, shutters and doors closed, key back in the key box.
